Monthly Note · October 2026

Year four begins.

MindfulBytes is in its fourth year in New Mexico classrooms. This month's note covers what changed in the classroom, where the program is running, and what we are building next.

In the classroom

Year four changes who leads. Students who have been through MindfulBytes now help lead it, in small circles of four to six and in cross-age pairs with an adult present. Last year students began teaching lessons back to the adults in the room. This year that becomes the structure.
